Health & Safety considerations form an important part of all we do. We can offer a full CDM-C service on larger notifiable projects or offer advice, where required, on smaller builds.

• Planning Applications including Design & Access Statements where required

• Full Building Regulation or NHBC submissions.

• Preparation of tender documentation and overseeing of tendering process and
Contractor appointment

• Overseeing of the construction phase including Contract Administration

• Practical Completion and post Practical Completion, including the defects period

• Full CDM-C service in line with the current Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations 2007.
