Create a good profile

Your profile is the first thing customers will look at when considering whether or not to employ your business. It is therefore important to include all relevant information about your business in your profile:

• The types of work undertaken (& specialisations)
• Qualifications & accreditations (including membership numbers where applicable)
• Company history
• Insurance details, etc.

It goes without saying that you should check your profile for spelling mistakes.

Ensure that your quotes (or questions) are as relevant and accurate as possible. There is no obligation to provide a price, and sometimes this is completely impossible, but our customers appreciate you providing as much information as is possible (e.g. approximate costs / time-frame ) given their description.
